Store payments
The customer clicks Pay. Your store sends them to a Novupay link.Novupay opens the payment page. When the payment is verified, your store is told the order is paid.
Novupay is not available to U.S. citizens or residents.
What the customer does
1. They press Pay on your store. The store already has their name, email, and phone.
2. The browser opens Novupay, which sends them straight to Pix or card. There is no second form and no extra button.
3. The payment line shows the original amount and the rate, then the charge in Brazilian reais.
4. After the payment is checked, Novupay notifies your store. Coming back to the thank-you page is not enough to mark the order paid.
The payment system
Novupay sits between your store and the payment page. You keep the customer, the order id, and the callback. We open the payment, check it, and tell the store only when it is real.
WooCommerce or your own backend builds a Novupay link when the customer clicks Pay. The payment key stays on Novupay. The store never calls the card processor itself.
Novupay opens the payment page immediately. Name, email, and phone from the store checkout are sent with the order, so the customer is not asked again.
The charge is collected in Brazilian reais. The payment line shows the order amount, the currency, and the rate, for example 183.20 USD x 5.03.
Returning to the store page is not proof of payment. Novupay checks the payment, then sends a signed notice to your callback URL and the order is marked paid.
Each payment gets a reference before checkout. Store orders and payment links sit in the same list, tied to the site that created them.
After the payment settles, the merchant balance is paid out in USDT to the wallet saved on the account.
How it works
Create a site, wait until it is active, and put the API key and secret into WooCommerce or your server.
The store returns a Novupay link. The browser opens it and Novupay sends the customer to Pix or card.
Novupay confirms the payment with the processor. Only then does your store receive the paid notice.
Settled payments are paid out in USDT to the merchant wallet on the account.
Approved merchants worldwide, except U.S. citizens and residents. New accounts are reviewed before going live.

They click Pay on your store. Novupay opens Pix or card. The charge is in Brazilian reais, and the payment line keeps the original amount and the rate.
Only after Novupay verifies the payment. A return to your store is not proof. The paid notice is a signed request to the callback URL saved on the site.
After the payment settles, the merchant balance is paid out in USDT to the wallet on the account.
