1. Create your account
Go to portal.novupay.com/signup and register as a merchant. Novupay is not available to U.S. citizens or residents.
2. Account approval
New accounts are reviewed before going live. After signup you may see an Under review screen — use live chat there if you have questions. Once approved, you can access the full merchant dashboard.
3. Choose how you want to get paid
WooCommerce / online store
Best if you run WordPress + WooCommerce. Customers checkout on your store, pay onNovupay, and the order is marked paid automatically.
WooCommerce guide →Payment links
Share a link by email, chat, or social — no website integration needed.
Payment links guide →4. Create a site (for store integration)
In your dashboard open Sites (API). Click Create site & API keys.
- Site name — e.g. your store name.
- Domain — optional, for your reference.
- Callback URL — where Novupay notifies your store when payment is confirmed. For WooCommerce use:
https://your-store.com/wp-json/card2pay/v1/callback
You will receive an API key (starts with c2p_) and an API secret. Copy both — the secret is shown in full only at creation time.
5. Configure payouts
Open Payout settings and add your wallet — we recommend USDC (Polygon). Novupay validates the address format before saving.
Read Payouts & fees for how commission and net settlements work with PayGate (card) and NOWPayments (crypto).
6. Test a payment
On the Sites page use Test checkout hash to open a sample payment without WordPress, or place a small real order on your store.
After payment, the order should show PAID in Orders. For WooCommerce, the order should move to Processing/Completed.
Novupay URL
Always use https://portal.novupay.com as the base URL in your plugin and integrations.
