Payment links

Collect payments without connecting a website — share a link and get paid.

Payment links are ideal for invoices, one-off sales, donations, or any situation where you do not need WooCommerce. Each link has its own URL; when a customer pays, the order appears in your Novupay dashboard.

Create a link

  1. Log in to your merchant dashboard.
  2. Go to Payment links → New link.
  3. Set a title, amount (or leave open amount if supported), currency, and link type (one-time or reusable).
  4. Save and copy the payment URL.

Share with your customer

Send the link by email, messenger, or embed it on a simple landing page. The customer opens the link, chooses card or crypto on Novupay checkout, and pays.

Link URLs look like:

https://portal.novupay.com/pay/your-link-slug

Track orders

Every payment creates an order with a reference ID (e.g. C2P-XXXXXX). View status in Dashboard → Orders.

Payment links do not send webhooks to an external store — there is no WooCommerce order to update. If you need automatic store notification, use WooCommerce integration instead.

One-time vs reusable links

  • One-time — link disables after the first successful payment. Good for single invoices.
  • Reusable — same link can be used for multiple payments. Good for donations or standard product pages.

Payouts

Add your wallet in Payout settings (USDC Polygon recommended). After each paid order, Novupay deducts its platform fee and sends you the net amount.
